Refund Policy
You are liable to get a full refund of money in case:
  1. We have shipped a wrong product.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect.
  3. The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
All you need to do is to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by Emailing us at info@cholieboutique.com and sending us the image of the concern product, also, couriering us the parcel which needs to reach us within 7 days of informing us. The courier charges will be credited as redeemable credit points against your Cholie Boutique account.

Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi- item pack may not be returned individually. We will send a replacement in case stocks are available or else issue online credits which can be redeemed against future purchases. There will be no cash refunds. The products will be picked up from the address it was delivered to.

We will not be held liable for any return or exchange without prior notification. Please contact us if on info@cholieboutique.com if you have any questions.

No refund/returns in the event of the following circumstances:
  1. If a wrong or invalid delivery address was given by the buyer
  2. If an inaccurate address format including any type of a PO Box address was given by the buyer
  3. If the package was refused by the recipient.
  4. Size/Weight Issues: All sizes and weights are given in the product description, any buyer cannot refuse a product on these grounds
  5. If the products returned are in a used or a more damaged condition then in the picture sent via mail.
  6. Minor colour and design variation: All Cholie Boutique products are handmade with the highest quality of material. Any minor discretion from the picture on the website will not be held applicable for a return or exchange.
  7. If the product is not damaged
  8. If the buyer thinks that the product does not suit him/her as they thought it would
  9. If the buyer has failed to take care of any tax/ custom charges their their country levies upon an incoming shipment.
